Accommodation rules

Before your arrival:

A pre-check-in is required before entering the accommodation, for regulatory reasons.

A security deposit is also required. Payment is made by credit card only, through our secure partner, Charge Automation. This amount is fully refunded if there is no damage. If damage exceeds this amount, an additional payment may be requested.

Rules of living in the accommodation:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, even with the windows open.
• Parties and events are not permitted. Please maintain a quiet environment between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• The Internet connection is made available for lawful use only.
• Please respect the number of people allowed and do not move the furniture.

The accommodation is equipped with a discreet detection device (smoke, noise, temperature). Please do not unplug it. Regarding the heating, we ask that you do not exceed 24°C, to ensure optimal comfort while preserving the equipment.

In the event of non-compliance with these rules, a fixed deduction of €250 may be applied to the security deposit.
