Accommodation rules
Before your arrival
A pre check-in is mandatory before entering the property, for regulatory reasons. Access to the property may be refused if this step has not been completed.
A security deposit (up to 500 euros maximum - depending on the size of the property) is also required before arrival. It is collected by credit card only, via our secure partner Charge Automation. The security deposit is fully refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided there are no damages and the house rules have been respected. In the event of damages or violations exceeding this amount, an additional charge may be requested.
The property is considered clean, in good condition and undamaged upon check-in. If the guest notices a cleanliness issue, damage or any non-conformity, they must report it on the first day of the reservation or at the latest the following day, by message (SMS or WhatsApp) to +33 7 68 61 01 30. After this deadline, the property will be considered accepted without reservation, and no further dispute can be taken into account.
Check-out
Check-out time is set at 11:00 AM at the latest. In the event of a late check-out, penalties will be applied to the security deposit: 50 € for a departure between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and the price of the last night for a departure after 12:00 PM. These amounts will be withheld without prior formal notice.
Pets
Pets are accepted with a limit of one animal, dogs and cats only. For any other type of animal, prior authorization must be requested before booking. The presence of an undeclared or unauthorized animal constitutes a violation of the house rules and may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
House rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including with windows open. Any detection of smoke or evidence of tobacco consumption constitutes a serious violation.
Quiet hours are mandatory between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Any noise exceeding 75 decibels for more than 5 consecutive minutes during this period constitutes a noise disturbance. The internet connection is provided for strictly legal use.
The maximum number of authorized guests must be respected. Furniture must not be moved.
The property is equipped with a discreet noise, smoke and temperature detection device, provided and managed by MINUT, with no audio or visual recording. It is strictly forbidden to unplug, switch off or attempt to tamper with this device.
Regarding heating, the temperature must not exceed 24°C (75°F). Between September 1st and April 30th, any exceeding of this temperature for more than 5 consecutive minutes constitutes a violation of the house rules.
Penalties
In the event of non-compliance with any of the above rules (noise, smoking, excessive temperature, tampering with the device), a flat-rate deduction of 250 € may be applied to the security deposit, without prior formal notice. Records from the MINUT detection device constitute valid evidence in the event of a dispute.
