Cancellation Policy

•  For stays of less than 30 days: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, the stay is non-refundable.
• For stays of more than 30 days: the stay is non-refundable, upon reservation.

In accordance with Article L.221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.221-18 does not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation services concluded for a specific date or period. Any confirmed booking is therefore firm and final, with no possibility of cancellation or refund under the right of withdrawal.
